Refund Policy

At MuBots, we aim to provide reliable automation software and responsive customer support. Please review the refund conditions below before purchasing any of our services.

1. Software License Purchases

Purchases of software licenses are non-refundable.

Customers are encouraged to use the free trial period (up to 4 days) to fully evaluate the product before making a purchase. The trial allows users to test compatibility, functionality, and performance in their environment.

Once a software license has been purchased, refunds will not be issued.

2. Server Version (Managed Setup)

For the server version, customers may request a refund within 3 days of the initial purchase date if they are not satisfied with the service.

This service requires configuration on the customer's remote machine. Customers must:

  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Respond to setup requests sent via email or support channels (such as Discord)
  • Provide any required access or configuration details

If the customer does not respond to support requests or fails to provide required information, the order may become ineligible for a refund.

If the server has already been configured and a refund is requested within the 3-day refund period, the cost of up to 3 days of service usage may be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

3. Cloud Subscription Services

For cloud-based subscriptions, customers may request a refund within 5 days of the initial purchase date.

If approved, the refund will be issued in full.

If setup requires customer interaction and the customer does not respond to support emails or setup requests, the order may become ineligible for a refund.

4. Renewals

Refunds do not apply to renewals for any MuBots services, including:

  • Software licenses
  • Server services
  • Cloud subscriptions

Customers are responsible for canceling their subscription (in case of cloud subscription) before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue using the service.
